BelAir Business A Wyndham Garden Hotel

My stay here was great and relaxing and definitely would come back again! I was here at an expo in the World Trade Centre and the location is perfect, right next door! The rooms were clean when we arrived, breakfast was tasty with different hot and cold options and the beds were confortable. Service in the restaurant was pleasant and hotel staff were friendly. Not really any negatives to mention to be honest only they didn't mention that I had to pay for parking upon arrival as I had a vehicle and after staying five days they tried to lay a massive parking charge on me which did put a stain on our stay there. Other than the stupid parking charge (which I don't understand if you are staying in the hotel) my stay was pleasant.

Beautiful hotel! Recently renovated and big spacious rooms at an affordable price. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and shopping were at the doorstep. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The security was top notch. The breakfast was included and had great variety and was fresh and delicious. This is a hotel we will be staying in again and again throughout our visits to Mexico City. Highly recommended!

This is a good hotel. The service and rooms are great. Its location is convenient for finding places to visit or to eat. Nice place to bring the family or do business.

As far as Holiday Inns go this is a good one. Service was great. The hotel was very clean. The room I had was very clean and spacious. It was a corner room with tons of Windows. Large clean bathroom. Cleaning staff was good and friendly as well. They have a gym and complimentary breakfast. Well located in Mexico city. I had a very good stay.

Normally, I am very verbose in my reviews but for this one, I’ll just say I really really liked this hotel a lot. A coffee exposition brought me to this part of Mexico City, a part that I normally don’t stay in. And I am so glad that this is the hotel I chose. The beds are comfortable. The one thing you have to look out for is, the lighting and utilities in the room are triggered by putting your door key into a slot. I walked out twice without removing the card and had to ask someone to let me back into the room. Lol I will let the photos speak for me. I prefer to take photos of a lived in room so you get a better idea.

This is our Hotel of choice for a business stay in Mexico City, it provides many services, e.g. spa, swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is very good and the staff can help you accommodate all of your needs. It is close to the world trade center and many restaurants and bars.

I had an exceptional stay at the WTC Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff promptly assisted with my luggage and answered all my inquiries with great professionalism. Dinner at the hotel was delightful, with both the service and the captain being very friendly and attentive. My room was upgraded and maintained a unique, classic style that felt elegant and welcoming. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, providing a heavenly night's sleep. One of my favorite touches was the desk positioned in front of a beautiful view, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend the WTC Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I travelled with friends and 1 baby. The staff was super nice in helping with my baby. Breakfast was limited but very good. Staff were constantly cleaning. The beds were a bit too hard for me but the pillows are so soft!
